Humble Beginnings

Senior Home Care by Angels was opened in Edmonton by Christy McKirdy in 2007. Having worked in a plethora of industries in the past, Christy decided to enter the home care industry after seeing how badly Edmonton was in need of an honest and genuine home care provider. She worked tirelessly to create a trusted reputation in the community, building the business off the principal of meaningful work. Christy has had a personal stake in every client who we have worked with in the past, and who we will ever work with in the future. She has met with, built relationships with, and cared for every last one of our clients like they are her own family. 

Christy McKirdy has been adamant in her beliefs of running a reliable and authentic company that has our clients' best interest at heart. A big part of this philosophy is tied to our commitment of only hiring the staff that we can rely on. Each of our caregivers is reputable, experienced and above all else -- caring. That's because we care about standards. We care about results. And we care about you!
