Senior Home Care by Angels of Cambridge has adopted a comprehensive personalized screening system that all Senior Home Care by Angels franchised senior care agencies* are trained to use. The screening program is designed to maximize your peace of mind. Whenever possible, you’ll have the opportunity to interview any caregiver we refer to you in advance of commencing services. When you choose Senior Home Care by Angels, you choose the caregiver you trust. 

At Senior Home Care by Angels, we don’t believe in “on the job training”. We recruit caregivers who have a strong employment history in the senior care industry or who have participated in healthcare certification training programs. Our caregivers have the knowledge to provide assistance with essential personal care needs or assistance with hygiene. An unskilled caregiver may be utilized only in cases where no personal care or hygiene assistance is needed. Many of our caregivers have worked with us for years.
