Dave has been a successful business owner in the home care industry for more than ten years and joined Senior Home Care by Angels knowing that it was among the best franchises to own that would be successful operationally and in serving the community. Dave holds an MA and MM with a focus on Human Relationships, and also serves as a director of one of the leading private duty franchises in the United States. Prior to joining the Senior Home Care by Angels team, Dave was a career military officer and business executive who managed national operations in the manufacturing and military sectors. For the past four years, Dave has hosted the Senior Living Today radio show in Southern Colorado, a weekly broadcast that focuses on issues of independence, lifestyle, and community for seniors. 

Karon has thirty years of experience in healthcare and home healthcare operations and joined Senior Home Care by Angels in 2008. Her expertise lies in hospice care, home healthcare, and healthcare service provision, and at Senior Home Care by Angels is proud to support an organization that provides top-quality in-home care and is also among the best franchises to own across the country. Prior to 2008, she held executive level positions with Heartland Home Care and Hospice, Trinity HealthCare Services (formerly Upjohn Healthcare Services), and was a national consultant on private duty home care. 

Jerry has been with Senior Home Care by Angels since 2013 and brought with him a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in franchise development. With more than twenty years of management and operational experience in retail combined with the expertise learned from a Fortune 100 Company, Jerry acts as a strategist, visionary, supporter, and mentor for our franchise operations. His management experience spans national operations as well as regional and community-level business to business activity, and all that expertise comes to bear in the programming that he designs to uplift each franchisee at Senior Home Care by Angels.

Richard joined Senior Home Care by Angels in 2002 excited by the opportunity to build a nationally recognized brand for the top-quality care that our franchisees provide. He develops successful marketing strategies for home care clients, prospective franchisees, and national media, while also providing consultative advice to national, regional, and individual franchisees. Richard has thirty years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, and public relations, and loves bringing that rich expertise to bear for the franchisees who serve their clients and communities every day.
